Refund and Cancellation Policy

Trading Powerhouse follows a strict no-refund policy due to the nature of digital educational services.

1. No Refund Policy

Once payment is successfully made and access to any course, program, webinar, or digital content is provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of time
  • Personal reasons
  • Dissatisfaction with content
  • Failure to achieve desired trading results

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time to prevent future billing.
However:

  • Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period
  • Access remains available until the subscription period ends

3. Duplicate or Technical Payments

Refunds will be processed only if:

  • A duplicate payment is confirmed for the same service
  • A technical error causes an incorrect charge

Such cases must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction. Verified refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. No Profit Guarantee

Trading Powerhouse does not guarantee profits or income.
Refund requests based on trading losses, unmet expectations, or performance outcomes will not be entertained.
